Advanced CNC Technology

At Maxforce Tech, we leverage advanced CNC technology to deliver precision machining solutions that meet the highest engineering standards. Our facility is equipped with multi-axis CNC milling and turning centers, capable of producing complex geometries with exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface integrity.

Our machining systems are powered by modern control platforms and CAD/CAM integration, ensuring consistent quality from design to final production. Continuous investment in equipment, tooling, and process automation allows us to maintain tight tolerances, optimize cycle times, and support both prototype and high-volume manufacturing.

Key Capabilities::

  • 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling and turning

  • High-speed spindles for fine surface finishes

  • Precision workholding and tool management systems

  • Real-time process monitoring and in-process inspection

  • CAD/CAM-driven programming for repeatable accuracy

  • Automated production scheduling for reduced lead times

CNC Milling

Our advanced CNC milling centers can produce complex geometries, tight-tolerance pockets, and precise 3D contours across a wide variety of materials. Equipped with multi-axis capabilities, we can achieve superior accuracy and surface finish while maintaining production efficiency.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Axis configurations: 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling

  • Max work envelope: up to 40” × 20” × 20” (1000 mm × 500 mm × 500 mm)

  • Tolerance range: ±0.0008 in (±0.02 mm) typical, ±0.0004 in (±0.01 mm) achievable

  • Surface roughness: as low as Ra 0.8 µm (32 µin)

  • Spindle speed: up to 15,000 RPM

  • Supported file formats: STEP, IGES, STL, SLDPRT, DXF, DWG

Common Milling Applications:

  • Precision housings and enclosures

  • Mounting plates and brackets

  • Heat sinks and frames

  • Mold cavities and dies

CNC Turning

Our CNC turning centers are optimized for high-precision rotational parts, offering tight concentricity and excellent surface quality. We can integrate secondary operations—milling, drilling, threading—in a single setup for maximum efficiency.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Max turning diameter: up to 14 in (355 mm)

  • Max turning length: up to 24 in (610 mm)

  • Tolerance range: ±0.001 in (±0.025 mm) typical

  • Surface finish: as fine as Ra 0.4 µm (16 µin)

  • Live tooling & sub-spindle: enables off-center drilling, slotting, and engraving

  • Bar-feed production: for high-volume small parts

Common Turning Applications:

  • Shafts and bushings

  • Connectors and fittings

  • Housings and spacers

  • Threaded fasteners

  • Precision pins and rollers
